There is a great resource on archive.org called Warp 4 Fixpacks. This is a CD-ROM image with copies of the Warp 4 fixpacks. Most of the fixes are useful, with the exception of the USB support.

The best USB support is from Arca Noae because it has USB 3.x.
Next best USB support is Lars Erdmann's stack.
IBM is a distant third (new sequence ibmusb.seq)
SingleMouse from HobbesArchive is newer that SMOUSE from W4 FIXES
W4Fixpaks is missing IBM USB drivers: USB Serial Converter, USB Ethernet (USBCOM?, USBSER?)
